Please note that we will only have a 9am meeting time the following Saturday because we are required to pick up and deliver all donations to the food bank site before noon. 

It's time to pay your Pack 52 dues. As a reminder, families pay $140 to Pack 52 each year. Dues are used for materials for pack meetings, advancement awards, facility use and special events (Pinewood Derby, magic show, campout, banquet).

Spook-o-Ree is coming up, from October 17^th to 18^th at Camp Herms in El Cerrito.  This fun event draws Cub Scout packs from across the East Bay, with games, crafts, archery, slingshots, and BB guns. This year, we are holding our (optional) all campout at Spook-o-Ree. Pack 52 will be camping from Saturday night on the 17^th to Sunday morning the 18^th. We will spend the 18th participating in all of the Spook-O-Ree events. However, if you cannot stay for the activities on the 18^th, you may sign up for the 17^th instead.  You can still camp with us Saturday night if you would like. 

Registration is open to the entire Bay Area on a first-come, first-served basis.  So please register now if you are interested in attending.

The Pack 52 Fall Campout is coming up on October 17 to 18 at Camp Herms. 

Here is some additional information on the campout and what you will need (Click the "Read More" button).

I do not yet know if you will be allowed to set up camp at 3pm, 3:45pm, or 4:30pm on Saturday night.  This will depend on how many people sign up for the Saturday session of Spook-o-Ree.  I should know on Thursday and will send an announce email to let you know.  

At Spook-o-Ree, Pack 52 needs to supervise one of the booths on Sunday, and we need your help.  Our booth will be making this spider craft:

Materials and instructions will be provided.  

We need a minimum of 4 volunteers, 2 for before lunch and 2 for after.  If you are able to help run the craft table, please let us know.  

Join us for our first pack meeting of the year! We'll be making paper rockets and launching them via air pump. We'll supply the paper, markers, tape, lots of tape, even more tape, and the launchers. How high can your rocket fly? Will your rocket burst? Find out on Wednesday. 

If you would like to swap your old uniform pieces (hats, neckerchiefs, slides) please bring them with you on Wednesday. Remember, a scout is thrifty.
